When vcmp-game.dll try to inject the game , maybe the process is hanged or protected from injecting
Injected... Window mean the process of opening GTA-VC and vcmp-game.dll hunged for a some errors

== Some ways to solve it ==
1- Clean Prefetch Folder (Run > Prefetch) and delete everything)

2- Open VCMPBrowser (Browser.exe) as Adminstrator (Work 72%)

2- After Injected.... Window show close it and rapidly open the server (Worked With me :D)

3- Reinstal VC:MP

4- Maybe Error in GTA-VC Game

5- If it still happen every time you should tell one of VC:MP Developers on forum [http://forum.vc-mp.org VC:MP Forum]

joining a server is very easy , if it was your you must make sure that
1-Set the Username from Tools > Settings
2-Choosed the directory of GTA VC
after that choose Internet TAB
from any server right click > connect or use Enter
if you see a green sqaure next to a server then it is open if it red then it is locked maybe for maintenance or for private gaming.

to use the console of VC:MP in a server use T letter to chat or enter a command
