This function will add a online radio to vehicle's radio.
Syntax
CreateRadioStream( radioName, radioURL, CanSelect )
Arguments
- string radioName - The radio name
- string radioURL - The online radio URL
- bool CanSelect - Show the radio stream on vehicle's radio list.
