This function will create a vehicle.
Syntax

Arguments

- int model - The model ID of the vehicle.
- Vector pos - The position of the vehicle.
- float angle - The rotation angle of the vehicle.
- int col1 - The Color1 of the vehicle.
- int col2 - The Color2 of the vehicle.
