This function will send a simple message to everyone but the player specified.
Syntax
MessageAllExcept( message, player )
Arguments
- string message - The message to send
- Player player - The player not to send the message to
Example
The following example message to all except you saying Hello all except myself, have fun here!:

if ( cmd == "SendMessage" )
{
MessageAllExcept("Hello all except myself, have fun here!", player );
